Orders without a photo sent to WhatsApp within 24 hours may be delayed or cancelled, since we can't start production without it.

Photo Guidelines (for best print quality)

Send a high-resolution image (minimum 1500px wide) — avoid compressed WhatsApp/Instagram re-downloads if possible

Eyes should be in sharp focus, well-lit, facing forward

Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, or extreme angles

We'll send a design proof for approval before printing — no changes possible after approval

Care Instructions

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours

Use a mild detergent — skip the bleach and harsh chemicals

Don't wring or twist the fabric while washing or drying

Tumble dry low, or air dry in shade to keep the print from fading

Iron inside out on low-medium heat, and never directly over the print

Skip dry cleaning altogether

Wash separately for the first couple of washes to avoid any colour transfer

Go easy on fabric softener — it can weaken how well the print sticks over time
